Hiring policy
These are the terms that apply to an application to Alfa HazardX. Please read them before you apply — sending an application means accepting them, and section 3 carries a charge.

In short
Applying costs nothing, withdrawing costs nothing, and we never ask a candidate for money at any stage. Submitting the form confirms you have read how we handle your application and your data.
1. What applying means
Submitting the form on /apply is an application for a specific role. It is not an offer of employment, and it does not oblige us to interview you or to reply within any fixed period beyond the one described below.
You confirm that what you have told us is true — your identity, your education, your work history and the answers you wrote. An application later found to contain false statements is closed, at any stage, including after an offer.
2. What happens next, and when
We read every application and reply either way, usually within a week. If you have heard nothing after that, write to agresh@agreshagrawal.com and chase us — that is a reminder we would rather have than not.
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a conversation, then to a short practical exercise relevant to the role. We do not ask candidates to do unpaid work that we would otherwise pay somebody for.
3. Withdrawing after you have applied
You may withdraw at any point, for any reason or none, and it costs you nothing. Write to agresh@agreshagrawal.com and we will close the application and confirm it.
Withdrawing does not count against you if you apply again later. We would rather hear early that a role is not right for you than hold a place open for somebody who has already decided.
Alfa HazardX never asks a candidate for money in order to apply, to be interviewed, to be shortlisted, or to receive an offer, and never asks for bank details, card numbers or a deposit at any stage. Anyone contacting you in our name and asking for those things is not us — please report it to the address above.
4. Your data
Your details and your resume are used to assess this application and nothing else. They are visible to the hiring team, are not sold, and are not shared outside the company.
Resumes are held in private storage, not on the public site. Ask us at agresh@agreshagrawal.com and we will delete your application and the file with it.
5. Changes to this policy
The version that applies to you is the one published on the day you submitted your application. Later changes do not apply retrospectively. This page was last updated on 8 September 2026.
